The Lilacs Are Blooming!!!

It seems to be a bit early, but the lilacs have started to bloom! I have several in my yard, and this one always blooms first. Now my house is filled with fresh cut lilacs! The smell is heavenly!

More Cake…

I have been so busy lately! Lots and lots of baking. Here is my latest creation. Devils food cake with four layers of hazelnut chocolate filling,  swiss meringue buttercream frosting, and candied pansies. Yum!
